## What is RiCLOUD Thermostat?

RiCLOUD is the App developed by Riello to manage your home comfort wherever you are. Together with the programmable thermostat RiCLOUD WiFi, it allows you to easily modify the indoor home temperature or the temperature you will have according to the set program. No need to remember how the thermostat works. Via RiCLOUD App you will easily manage your home comfort from your smartphone or tablet.

RiCLOUD can manage up to 8 different and independent zones, in order to ensure you the maximum energy saving. If the RiCLOUD thermostat is connected to a Riello boiler via OTBus, you will be able to know via RiCLOUD App the boiler status and alerts and to modify also remotely the boiler setting.

Nella schermata della programmazione fasce orarie non si visualizzano più le tre fasce differenti ma solo la prima antigelo

Con iPhone le schermata delle orarie (ruota di lo schermo) prende solo una parte dello schermo nascondendo le temperature. Questo rende inutilizzabile tale impostazione.

 Con le ultime versioni di IOS 17 l’app salta e si discollega in continuazione.

Una manutenzione costante e continua di questa app sarebbe necessaria da parte dell’ azienda, altrimenti parlare di domotica è totalmente inutile.

App funziona malissimo, non si connette diretto su termostato ma deve passare dal serve Riello, risultato spesso risulta offline. Tempo di reazione di minuti, interfaccia grafica pessima e bug di visualizzazione sull’impostazione settimanale.
Per non parlare dell’access point sulla caldaia, appeso con la calamita.
Almeno aggiornate l’app.

Pessima app, purtroppo dato fiducia all’ Azienda che non la merita. Questi sono abituati come nel 1980; Signori sveglia vogliamo che le cose funzionino.!! Il mercato e’ cambiato!.
Acquistato ieri termostato Natatmo e cosi’ cestino una volta per tutte il Riello.
