Consignors, vendors and customers can log in and view inventory, payouts information and even purchases at the store in which items are consigned at and are using the Ricochet POS system.

Please update the app. It’s been a whole entire year. There’s a whole new operating system. And you could tell this app wasn’t built for it. It is extremely slow and freezes all the time. On iOS 26.

It is only good to receive notifications, as beyond that nothing else is really great to use. UI design is pretty terrible. 1) you cannot stayed logged in. 2) if you have multiple stores, forget about easy overview as you have to keep switching between stores. 3) inventory would be easier to manage if it wasn’t also super buggy. Search feature is rather unintuitive as it requires you to type the exact word for things like “category”. You also cannot filter things by out of stock. All in all, you’re better off to wait and use the computer version, even if that one has some issues as well, it is better than this.

Wish I could add items faster or import in bulk from a spreadsheet. Also wish you could select a group of check boxes by hitting shift, but you have to select each manually. Better analytics please.

App doesn’t support the Shopify toggle. Also when viewing recent sales, you should be able to click the item and view its image.

Love the app, but notifications are an issue.  Several vendors are no longer getting notifications.  Have the latest update, but no notifications.  Checked the notification settings and it’s on but not working.   Vendors have Apple and Samsung devices and not working on both.  Definitely needs to be addressed.

App was great up until a month ago when the notification became spotty and now rarely work. Would also love an option the login with Face ID or thumbprint on iPhone.

Notifications won’t show up. Removed app and reinstalled. Work for a bit then quit working again.  Support said it’s my phone.  My phone is up to date. This is an issue with Ricochet
