Removed app and reinstalled. Work for a bit then quit working again. Support said it’s my phone. My phone is up to date. Login is a painful process. you can only view one week of sales, and it does not show you the amount goods sold for. ### 2/5 — App is slow *2025-10-10* Please update the app. It’s been a whole entire year. There’s a whole new operating system. And you could tell this app wasn’t built for it. It is extremely slow and freezes all the time. On iOS 26. ### 2/5 — Glorified notification tracker *2025-09-17, version 1.0.25* It is only good to receive notifications, as beyond that nothing else is really great to use. UI design is pretty terrible. 1) you cannot stayed logged in. 2) if you have multiple stores, forget about easy overview as you have to keep switching between stores. 3) inventory would be easier to manage if it wasn’t also super buggy. Search feature is rather unintuitive as it requires you to type the exact word for things like “category”. You also cannot filter things by out of stock. All in all, you’re better off to wait and use the computer version, even if that one has some issues as well, it is better than this. ### 2/5 — Buggy *2025-08-30* No update in a year, can’t edit Product Notes because the keyboard covers the edit box. Also wish you could select a group of check boxes by hitting shift, but you have to select each manually. I have had ricochet software for my businesses for five years. And I have to say it is easy to use, multiple reports for vendors, employees, and owner alike! With a couple clicks of a button you can know daily sales for weekly and monthly! Makes record keeping a breeze. The stand alone website that syncs to inventory in store is amazing! Thank you for 5 star service, program, technology innovations, and it is truly l super easy to learn! Also I did not get paid nor receive anything free for this review! I know I wouldn’t run a business without Ricochet! ### 4/5 — Notifications *2024-09-04* Love the app, but notifications are an issue. Several vendors are no longer getting notifications. Have the latest update, but no notifications. Checked the notification settings and it’s on but not working. Vendors have Apple and Samsung devices and not working on both. Also it would be nice if we had control of the layout for our labels. And if we could duplicate a new item instead of having to enter from scratch each time. After removal of the app from my phone and re-installing, it works for a short period of time, then stops again. Ricochet advised the problem is my phone isn’t up to date even though my phone updates are current. ### 3/5 — It’s alright *2023-08-07* As a consigner, I would like the option to use Face ID to log in.
