Really bad app, half the features do not work like the desk layout and the app glitches and crashes alot so it’s hard to do anything on it.

Being able to book a desk in advance is super helpful, you can see how busy the office is going to be on specific days and being someone who has turned up to an office in the past where there have been no desks available, this is a game changer and saves huge amounts of time. The iot integration is great too, being able to check the temperature of the office and meeting rooms is a big plus.

Wish I could give this 0 star. It takes a long time to load (sometimes minutes), even longer to show a floor map (often after a crash) and although it tends to register taps on desks it takes no action and just zooms out of the floor 5 times before reserving. Very, very frustrating.

Absolutely fantastic piece of software which is really streamlined our business. Both desk booking and meeting room booking works seamlessly with 0365. Couldn’t recommend this product enough.. reporting is superior and gives lots of detail and has helped our company and making serious business decisions. Well done, Ricoh.

This app is extremely slow to load a list of desks and is unbelievably frustrating to use. It never remembers what floor I want, what zones I book. It constantly times out. What is so hard about an office with 300 desks? That’s no data at all, why is it so slow to load??? What is it doing? Why can’t I replace what desk I’ve booked with another? Why does it book me a mile away from where I’ve booked before? Argh this app
