I can’t log in, I can’t do anything now.

Won’t work on my iPhone

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback, and sorry to hear you are having difficulties using the app.
To meet Apple App Store requirements and ensure the app remains secure, stable and fully supported, newer versions of the RICS Members app require a more recent iOS version. If your iPhone is running an older operating system, the latest app update may not install or function correctly.

If your device supports it, we recommend updating your iOS to the latest available version and then reinstalling the app. If your device cannot be updated, earlier versions of the app may not continue to be supported due to app store policies. Please, continue to use the "My account" portal, until you have a device that is compliant.

If you need help checking compatibility or require further support, please contact the RICS support team via the Help section on the RICS website, and we will be happy to assist.

I preferred the previous app on the ipad, I found it clearer. Also they have changed the wording of formal/informal CPD to structured/unstructured with no explanation

The change from formal and informal CPD to structured and unstructured follows the 2026 regulatory update which was communicated to all members, and we have included explanations for these terms within the app. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.
