My in app balance was still present, but had to be reselected to use. We had to walk up 40 minutes and it was a terrible experience. I would not recommend this app and I never recieved my money back because all of their customer service seems to be AI and robots. It’s not possible to contact them. The app said he was there while the map clearly showed he wasn’t. I tried to message the driver and request a call. He just canceled the ride.
