Even when i attempt to book days in advance i still get nothing and i had missed many rides because they don’t wait even a second. I was running after a bus and they still didn’t stop Actually such a joke. ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-03-01, version 4.9.0* You can literally never get a ride, it’s always ‘too busy’ but then i see them parked doing nothing. They need to fix their services now it’s sooo bad ### 1/5 — a shame that is of no use *2025-10-02, version 4.6.3* I've spent the last week unable to take a bus and walking an hour to work because the app never responds to my request. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2025-07-26, version 4.4.0* Anytime you try to schedule a bus service it’s unavailable, there’s literally never a time that the bus can pick you up. The pop cup claims it’s in high demand yet every bus has one person in it at a time. If you try to call them they never answer the phone and are consistently extremely late or extremely early. Do better. ### 1/5 — App SUCKS *2025-07-23, version 4.4.0* Can never find a ride you need that’s on time even though there 4 people MAX on each bus. Not only that there are stupid duplicate busses like me and my friends live a few blocks from each other and we are going to the same place at the same time and it uses 2 different buses? Like that’s probably why I can’t find a ride on time. Can’t find a bus for the next 5 hours cuz of “high demand” like it’s not a 5-10 drive to get to my spot… drivers are all mostly nice but this app is TERRIBLE!! App is so inconvenient you might as well bike to work ### 2/5 — Genuinely awful *2025-06-04, version 4.3.0* You have to book at least a week in advance to get a bus, and at that most of the time you wont get times you actually need, it will say its “in high demand” Even though i have genuinely never had more than 5 people on the bus at a time in over a year of consistent use, The drivers are amazing people most of the time so its a shame how poorly thought out this service is. ### 1/5 — Always delayed *2025-05-27, version 4.3.0* Colt system is always delayed ### 2/5 — Awesome drivers, terrible system *2025-04-15, version 4.1.1* As someone who relies on this public transport for many needs, this system is AWFUL. I was using COLT regularly for a while I was in high school as it was only way to get around. I could never get a bus for a 3:30 pick up even if I booked a week ahead, this led me to go to the library between 5:00 & 6:00 nearly every day after school for a bus. I use the system less often now, but still rely on it occasionally as it’s my only means of transportation if I’m on my own & I can still NEVER get a bus if I don’t book at least 24 hours in advance. The COLT system has some great & friendly drivers. I personally haven’t had much issue with buses being late, aside from a 25 minute delay due to mechanical issues with the cold weather. The buses are also designed well to accommodate for those with wheelchairs & mobility aids. Overall, the system is extremely flawed. 2 out of 5 stars overall ### 1/5 — Never Available *2025-03-26, version 4.1.1* I’ve never considered this a transit bus It’s always been an oversized cab. Unless you book it in a week advance there’s very little chance you would ever get a bus. Absolutely Unacceptable for a town of almost 40,000 people. ### 4/5 — Great Drivers *2025-02-04, version 3.28.0* The bus drivers are very kind and courteous.
