Even though current balance is 8.9$-9.9$, the wallet should be charged up to 20$ again! Otherwise, customer cannot use that rest of balance. Hopefully in the near future this will change. As far as the geo-fenced area we are under a 30 probationary period with the City of Springfield, when that is over we can expand our range.
