How do I know if the ride I requested is confirmed and what time more a less would I be able to get a ride or who would be my driver what car to look for. This app only asks for location confirming location and that’s it nothing else that shows that the app is a functioning app. It is extremely extremely extremely frustrating! Oh and don’t click anything or it will delete your location 🤦🏻‍♀️ ### 3/5 — Pool doesn’t show full ride on a map *2026-05-27, version 2.16.1* This device is great, however today I had a ride that was a pool, therefore shared wot another person. Te app fails to provide visibility on the full ride. As a user for safety reasons I need to view if the driver is following proper route and when my destination overlaps with the other rider ### 1/5 — Completely unreliable *2026-05-21, version 2.16.1* Sanford takes away buses that were affordable and on a schedule so we can pay A LOT more money, have to wait two hours for a ride, and then never know how long our ride will be to our destination, in my case, work? Tell me how any of this makes sense or I can schedule my day accordingly without either being extremely late for work or hours early for work. Why call freebee then! I booked a ride at 1:15 it’s now 2:00 and it took me from a 60 plus minute wait to two drivers with over a 120 plus minute wait time. And all this to cancel the busses?? At least with the busses you know when it’s coming you know where the stop is. You can actually get someone where on time with the busses on this app you might as well bring a sleeping bag and tent bc you’ll be there for a while. ### 2/5 — Drivers and Other App Issues *2026-04-17, version 2.15.3* Fire Enrique I literally get him just to get cancelled on, it’s like he picks up his favorites. Also remove the 3 cancellations it’s so useless and it makes it harder for me to travel from home to school and back. I might need to cancel and im stuck on a driver that’s wait time is 60+ minutes. ### 1/5 — WAIT TIME IS TOO LONG *2026-04-15, version 2.15.3* I dont know how the system works but PLS DO BETTER. Upon waiting my ride, they said I have 3 stops then while waiting, it will update me to 4 stops LIKE WHAT? Am I not supposed to be the next? And don’t tell me they should pick up the nearest one during the drive because every time I check if I’ll be the next one, I see them very close to me but they are not picking me up!! Pls fix the system or just bring back the BUS. ### 1/5 — Horrible service *2026-04-14, version 2.15.3* It’s supposed to be replacing the bus but it’s much more inconvenient than actually taking the bus. I have problems every single time I use this app. I had gotten it, it told me the driver was gonna be there in less than 10 minutes so I rushed my shopping so I could be ready on time and the driver cancelled on me. When I tried to reorder it told me I had to wait over an hour. Not ideal if you want to plan a ride ahead of time. The app's not always accurate as well; requested a ride yesterday & it went from saying it had 1-2 stops ahead of me to a few minutes later saying it had 4 stops ahead of me & would take 60-120 minutes. I would only use it to ride to UCF & back to go to college & have used it once to get to work but it can take up to an hour or longer just to find a driver. ### 3/5 — Don't bother *2026-03-10, version 2.15.1* It can take up to 3 hours just to wait for a ride just because this app is just as Uber & Lyft & is on demand. But the app itself is horrible. The system assigns you a driver almost an hour after you request a ride every single time. I assume this is because they don’t want people to rely too heavily on the free service for fast pickups. But the app gives false estimes of time of pick up, consistently changing, so you never actually know when your driver will arrive for pick up. Overall horrible service even if it’s free it’s very unreliable. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Extremely inconsistent *2026-08-12, version 2.17.1* The app ride time is always 60+, but sometimes it goes down to 45 to 60 minute wait, then another 60+ wait. Today, my issues with the app stemmed from them constantly bombarding me with messages of “your ride has cancelled and we’re reassigning you to the queue” to “thank you for choosing Freebee” when I didn’t get to confirm it in the app before they sent me back to the queue. I turned off the app and waited for it to change, but it kept spamming me with these notifications. Awful service. Awful wait times. Awful customer service considering they most likely don’t see these reviews to consider fixing the app. ### 1/5 — Sucks *2026-08-12, version 2.17.1* I wanted to like this service but it really sucks, inaccurate times, slow drivers, cancellations… it’s very irritating when people have things to do. ### 1/5 — This app sucks *2026-08-08, version 2.17.1* This app is meant to be something convenient not great not even good. It’s just meant to be convenient, but even at the best of times it is not even that. If I order a ride at 5 o’clock and you tell me 10 to 15 minutes and there’s only one person ahead of me then that means I go next I’m not making up any rules here. That’s just how it is so when I get the next in line notification and then I immediately see that you add four more stops ahead of me and now my wait time has jumped from 10 to 15 minutes. Now it says 15 to 25, which isn’t even true because I ordered this right at 5 PM. It’s now 6:10. I just got another next in line notification and they add another stop ahead of me and now I have to wait till 25 to 35 minutes. How in the world does that make any sense? How in the world is that convenient and the answer is it’s not this is the worst app I’ve ever used go use Uber. Go use Lyft. Rides take hours to arrive. Sometimes in the middle of someone arriving, the driver switches and the ETA becomes longer. ### 1/5 — Wait time is shady and horrible. *2026-06-10, version 2.16.1* The availability of drivers in your area needs to be public before you make a ride order. ### 1/5 — The drivers pick and choose *2026-05-26, version 2.16.1* I’ve had this happen to me on multiple times waiting for a ride to never come. waiting 1 hour plus I’m in a queue of 4-6 people, I wait 30 mins, I get put to the back of the queue and now I’m waiting 60+ mins and now there’s more then 7 people and, they keep telling me to stay there almost there but they never come I believe this only happens in aventura cus in south beach there’s still a wait time but it’s actually reliable and I can count on it but whenever I get a Freebee in aventura it takes way too long and it feels like they ignore me I asked this guy are u coming in 30 mins if not I will just walk instead I can make it but please tell me now I’m going to my Mother’s Day party and I was late for it because the guy said wait I’m coming to you right now and he intentionally missed two turns that he could’ve turned to get me I’m never using Freebee in aventura again also I’m flipping the bird to every Freebee I see in aventura cus this is unacceptable behavior for government workers in aventura the city of greatness like this is where my tax dollars go, FORGET YOU PEOPLE MAN!!!!! ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Rider Review & Suggestion *2026-07-28, version 2.17.0* Riding is a very pleasant experience, the cars are kept very clean and the drivers are very kind.
