I’ve used Ride Local multiple times for rides to/from the airport or when my car was in the show. The drivers are always prompt and really friendly. I grateful for a safe, affordable option for transportation. I highly recommend them!
Small biz with even smaller mentality
Had to notify the company their email on the app was a dead end while submitting a question via the app. Wish the lil guy could be competitive with Lyft/Uber but contacting "support" (dude was clearly driving when he answered but not for the app?) was nothing but excuses. Decent if you can find a driver. If not Lyfts the next cheapest offering in Yuma.

Good Service in Yuma - App needs tweaks
I’ve used the service a few times without issues. As for the app, tipping is weird. You can’t do it after the ride like other services. So you can either prepay it which I don’t think a tip should be before service is rendered give a cash tip but I don’t always have cash on me. Also, you can’t login at all if you are not in Yuma. What if I want to pre-book a ride before I fly in or want to look at my account information when I’m not there. The service itself has been fine but the app needs some refinements.
