I’ve been using this app consistently since downloading it, and it has made life so much easier when I’m out and about with the kids. It’s a real game-changer for finding and managing kiddie rides. We did encounter one issue where the ride wouldn’t connect, but I called their office, and they resolved it right away. Excellent customer service and a must-have for parents!

My twins turned 4 in November and neither of them got a free ride

Paid using the app twice, system just took out my pre-paid credit both times and machine never worked, we tried to call the 1300 help line but was practically useless because it’s not accepting messages. Was robbed of $3 twice! Lol I don’t recommend using the app and helpline is useless.

Downloaded the app and loaded it with $50.
Funds were debited but ride did not start.
They make it so difficult to raise an issue to get the refund it’s like a fraud.
On the other hand downloading the app and loading it with funds always works. 

DO NOT LOAD ANY FUNDS ONTO THE APP. 
If you must use the ride tap your card on the reader instead and pay as you go because raising a dispute with my bank and getting the refi d that way was so much easier and quicker

I was at Tuggerah Westfield and there is this van in the entrance, my two year old brother gets in. I thought I might just pay for his ride and when I did, nothing happened the ride didn’t move or anything it was just guess the countries flags. That didn’t even work either I pressed it multiple times and it didn’t work. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! I downloaded the app to see if I could get a refund for such a bad ride. He would’ve had more fun in the free version. IM NEVER PAYING FOR A RIDE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

I’ve been an on-again-off-again user of this app for years. My girls love it when I can magically start the ride from my phone. The new update is nice, gamification is fun, and good to see that all my past rides count towards my level.
