Like this morning, bus was to arrive in six minutes then two minutes, it never arrives and then it resets at 30 minutes. that’s standard. when you try to catch the Hillandale bus, the bus always reads out of service, route 11 et. al. when the bus does arrive, it often sits there with its doors closed while we stand outside freezing waiting closer to the time of departure. Hats off to programmers. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Accurate RT location, mislabeled stops *2026-08-08, version 5.195.3* I stupidly trusted that the 55 was going to stop at Shady Grove Metro Station Bus Bay C, as listed in the app, instead of relying on the map showing it was heading to Bus Bay K or L instead. And because Bus Bay C is on the opposite side of the tracks from K/L, I missed the bus. You should accurately label which bus bay you are going to stop at, or what’s the use? Oh, I know. It’s that I was relying on logic, which is apparently something Montgomery County is still trying to figure out. ### 1/5 — Horrible don’t depend on it *2026-08-04, version 5.195.3* Horrible. Entered the address to where I wanted to go five times and each time the app could not comprehend. On routes with buses every 40 minutes, like mine, its recommendations can leave you waiting for the next bus and arriving late for work. Better off just screenshotting the bus schedule you need because this app never shows real-time delays or live location. It is literally useless. I have just resulted to relying on the Apple maps on my phone to get to bus routes to find out what time the bus comes. This map can’t even find major landmarks like a library. it says it can’t be found on the maps and then I have to go in manually search it on the map and I see the bus route and I can click on the bus stop, but it won’t tell me the number of the Bus. ### 1/5 — Not on the exact time *2026-03-05, version 5.171.1* 47 bus is not following the schedule. Especially the 7:33am and 7:58am at Fernwood Rd & Tusculum Rd station, rarely on time.
