### 1/5 — Will eat your money if you’re not careful.

Once you activate a pass you have 3 minutes to use, otherwise it expires and those funds can’t be used again even if the QR code isn’t scanner. This system needs to be programmed differently. If a QR code (instant payment) isn’t scanned/used the funds should still be in the riders wallet—LIKE ALL OTHER DIGITAL WALLETS! Why is GMT stealing rider’s funds? Fix it!

This app angers me to no bounds, it will randomly log me out and then not accept my info which has made me miss my bus multiple times.

Genuinely one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with an app. When I made my account, it never sent me a verification code to my email so I had to go back and forth with customer service. They couldn’t fix it — I had to fix it myself, wasting my time doing random stuff until something worked. Then, I got a new phone and the app was convinced that my “wallet” was still connected to my old phone (which was completely reset and wiped) — so yet again I had to email customer service!!! This app is such a joke I’m convinced it’s a psyop to get people to stop using the bus.

Very buggy and outdated. You know it’s bad when the aspect ratio of the welcome screen isn’t even correct- whole UI is squished. There’s also no way to rename a pass if you made a typo.

Using the app and adding funds is so simple and intuitive, I love how it now allows you to use Apple Pay to add funds, it still signs you out sometimes randomly so make sure you have your account password in your iCloud Keychain

There is a bug where sometimes you will get signed out which it may be important to have your account password in your iCloud Keychain, needs to be fixed. Trip planning on the app could use some improvement. Adding funds and scanning the code on the fare box is simple once you get used to it, a bug that was in place when you reached your fare cap seems to be fixed. There should be an option to use Apple Pay when adding funds and to use Face/Touch ID for authentication. Before you put the blame on GMT for issues that have come arise, other transit agencies have apps with a similar user interface from the same developer.

Thank you for creating an app for this company however please make some updates!!! Such as Face ID is needed!!! Also the app kicks you out to often and when you are in a rush to catch a bus the couple of mins to sign back in is to long!  Apple Pay is also a must instead of putting in a credit card.

I would give this zero stars if that was an option - the app interface is complete garbage and looks like it was developed in the early 2000s. It's not intuitive at all and the app sometimes freezes when trying to open your pass to scan to get on the bus which leaves you standing on the side of the road trying to get it to work while the bus driver is waiting. You had how long to develop a functional and attractive app and this was the best that you could do???
