### 5/5 — Best queue app!

*2025-12-07*

I’ve been using this app for a while, and it is by far my favourite app I’ve used for queue times. It has all the parks that I want to go to, and has smart ride recommendations to streamline my day (thanks Skip!). I also love the fun facts for each ride, helps me sound more informed about the things I’m riding. The notifications are very helpful as well, it helped me get onto Top Thrill 2 with less than a fifteen minute wait. Overall, I’d highly recommend this app to anyone that likes theme parks!

### 1/5 — Least favorite wait time app

*2026-08-04*

This is my least favorite wait time app that I’ve tried. visually complicated, too many competing features (behind an expensive paywall) it’s trying to do everything but doesn’t do a single thing well.

**Developer response:** The depth is intentional, and live wait times cost nothing. The plan, alerts and history are for people running a full day. For your trip it sounds like all of that got in the way. What mattered most to you in the park? support@rideready.app comes to me and love to hear what matters most to you in a theme park app

### 2/5 — Good For Wait Times But VERY Annoying

*2026-08-05*

Good app to see the wait times but asking every time you interact with something to enable notifications makes me want to get off the app as quickly as possible. I was asked 15 times in 3 minutes to enable them

### 2/5 — Hard to use and chaotic

*2026-07-19*

Feels like a generic AI generated interface and is super confusing to use. Lots of distracting banners and notifications in app. Live activities don’t update and are often blank with their mascot “skip” which becomes super annoying.

**Developer response:** You caught real bugs. The Live Activity stops updating in the background, shows Skip with no data, and shouldn't appear at all when you're not at a park. We've got fixes queued for upcoming updates, plus we're thinning out the in-app banners. Curious if the next version changes your mind. You can also reach us directly at support@rideready.app.

### 2/5 — Good idea, but glitches

*2026-06-27*

The idea behind app is great and it worked 50% of time (at Epic Universe). But it stopped timing my queues abruptly, marked my rides done when they weren’t, and frequently had erroneous wait times compared to the official times at the park. Also the plan my day left huge gaps. For example one ride at 11am and then recommending the next at 3pm. Not worth paying for the premium version.

**Developer response:** Sorry to hear you ran into these issues, that's not the kind of day we want anyone having with the app. We're a small team and we ship fixes fast, so the stuff you flagged is exactly what we jump on.

You've already given us a lot to go on. If you're open to it, reach out at support@rideready.app so we can dig into what you hit and get it sorted for you, including making your premium pass right.

Hope you'll give it another shot once we've cleaned this up.

### 4/5 — One change

*2026-08-22*

Love this app but wish it included restaurants and an added bonus if it included ones that take all day eat/drink pass.

### 5/5 — Very good app for seeing wait times and planning!

*2026-08-19*

Developers fixed the bug I was experiencing quickly. Great app for seeing the wait times and planning.

**Developer response:** That was a bug, not a design choice. Once you declined, our in-app prompt re-fired every time the app came back to the foreground and never remembered your answer. It's fixed in 3.5.10, rolling out now. It only raises notifications where they actually help. If anything else feels off, email support@rideready.app and we'll dig in.

### 5/5 — Great app !!!

*2026-08-11*

The app is great for thrill seekers to casual coaster fans

**Developer response:** That mix is the hard part, the coaster diehard and the person who just wants a decent day out. Good to know it works for both!

### 5/5 — The best!!

*2026-08-09*

A really helpful app that has everything!

**Developer response:** Everything is a big claim, we'll try to keep earning it! If something's missing from your park day, say the word and we will see what we can do

### 5/5 — Best Day Ever!

*2026-07-25*

Excellent app to help organize your day at a park! It was like having my own personal assistant in my pocket to help plan out my day. Super helpful to avoid long lines with my kids in tow. I loved that it even told me where to closest bathroom is! We love this app!

**Developer response:** Personal assistant in your pocket is exactly what we were aiming for. The bathroom finder was almost a throwaway addition, and it keeps turning up in reviews like yours. Hope the next park day goes as well!

### 5/5 — Great day at theme park

*2026-07-24*

Great comms

**Developer response:** Comms is the piece we fuss over most, so that's good to hear. If an alert ever fires when it shouldn't, or doesn't when it should, tell us at support@rideready.app.

### 5/5 — Ride Ready is exactly what theme park days need.

*2026-07-06*

The wait times were spot on, and it caught ride closures due to weather instantly. What really impressed me was the ride tracking—my daughter and I set out to hit every ride at Epic Universe, and this app got us to the right lines at the right times. We crushed our goal except for one ride that weather shut down. Universal's own app was absolutely destroying my battery, but Ride Ready barely dented it. Only minor gripe: the maps could use better wayfinding labels for where rides actually are, but honestly, I just kept Universal's app open for that part and stuck with Ride Ready otherwise. We'll definitely be using this next time we go. Five stars."

### 5/5 — Made my Cedar Point day!

*2026-07-01*

Not one to trust, but I handed the reins over to Ride Ready (and I bought premium) to get through a single day Cedar Point visit, and it was on point (no pun intended). Every recommendation was accurate, wait times were helpful, and the automatic feature where it optimizes after each ride was super cool. It was honestly easier to use and understand than the apps at the megaparks like Disney. We rode 8 coasters in 6 hours, including the headliners! Highly recommend this app. There are still some interface hiccups, but the developer is super responsive and open to feedback, so send an email! Great things come from small teams. If you’re going to any of the supported parks, spend the money. This is worth it.

### 5/5 — Amazing App

*2026-05-01*

I really enjoyed this app. The plan was super helpful to get on ALL of the rides and not have to spend extra money for fast pass!! 100/10 amazing

### 5/5 — Removes “what next?” Question frustrations.

*2026-04-25*

It’s great to have a game-plan from the get-go; plan is determined by a quick few ride & walking preferences you answer at the beginning of the day.
It’s also nice to track each ride actual wait times in the app; sometimes I really haven’t been waiting as long as I had thought… ;)

### 5/5 — Took the stress out of the day

*2026-02-11*

What I liked about Ride Ready was not having to constantly decide what to do next. Being able to quickly check wait times and get recommendations made everything feel more relaxed instead of rushed. Spent less time second guessing and more time enjoying the park and my family. Thanks!
