I was unable to contact the driver assigned. The entire 30 minutes the app stated the driver will pick me in 15 minutes I waited 30 minutes I cancelled after 40 minutes wait and I am being charged a cancellation fee. The driver did not reply to my text messages. The driver was not reached via a telephone call. I am late for an appointment and charged for the assigned driver’s unprofessionalism. The worst the absolute worst experience ### 1/5 — App not working *2022-06-16, version 1.15* I tried to schedule a ride for 1 day ahead and couldn’t change the date. Then I scheduled a ride this morning for today and when I landed in Atlanta there were no upcoming rides in my phone. I have screenshot.
