It pairs to your phone and even allow for several settings to fine tune how you want to ride. The fact that I can use my phone as a remote is actually so clutch because I actually have had several moments where I forget my board at home or in the car (I'm in college). Anyways I have no complaints, it's great.

Sapphire is on the cutting edge of the electric skateboard market, and their app is so responsive and works incredibly as a remote! If you’re looking for your next investment in amazing electric skateboard, this is it!

App works great. Every single function is perfect.
What would be nice is to have a feature where you can switch between the battery percentage and also how many miles are left. Other than that everything is great.
