### 1/5 — Horrible car and driver

Hi this driver and car hit us when the car was on a red light and my car was on a green light. But of course the “SMART” flex car was fine but my car is demolished. Don’t ever use this app and stuff just us uber. Also if I could I would give this app a ZERO STAR. So thanks smart flex for killing my car and almost me.

I loved this app! But then all of a sudden, the schedule function doesn't work. And seeing other reviews, I know its not just me. (I even tried logging out and reinstalling the app!).
I also noticed a drop in drivers. Used to not be a problem to book (maybe have a bit of a wait time of ~30 minutes, but i could still book). Now, most of the time, I try to book a ride and the app says there are no drivers! So I end up having to pay for an Uber/Lyft to work anyway!
When it works, its great! Never had any issues with the drivers I've rode with.

It’s never available when needed and now ask me what I need it for like that makes a difference it don’t matter what I need it for give me a ride to my “destination” it’s that simple all these extra features is unnecessary you could easily replace uber and lift with this service if it was available more often

Good luck getting a ride especially now that they ask you why you’re traveling. It was already difficult to get a ride before. I assume now they’ll know exactly who to discriminate against. Smh
Nvm some of the drivers being sketchy.

Every time I use this app, there are no rides available and the drivers drive terribly I wish there were more drivers so there are more rides. Also they need to expand their map so we can go more places.

I booked a ride yesterday so that I could get to work in the morning I leave the house to walk around the corner in the freezing snow at 5 minutes I get to the stop at 3 minutes and ended up waiting for 20 minutes to find out they switched my driver now I’m super late at work probably gonna get fired you guys showed you don’t care at all about that
