To watch video it takes me back to the renew subscription page my account was charged. I email support severL times and nothing. Maybe theres a method but theres no info on the opening screen. its either figure out your signin or bust!. No contact screen or means of learning how.. You can’t record events. You have to rely on what Ride TV decides to save for playback, and they apparently don’t care for dressage much. ### 2/5 — Don’t like the changes *2018-09-12* First of ride tv was great until then done the recent update , a lot of the videos that you could at one time search and find to watch , you can’t now . For example , the cinch timed event championship and the wstrc ropings . Used to you could search them and watch them and the past years they took all of the cinch timed event series away . Also took a few of the years of the wstrc was where ya can’t watch them . I am sure there is more they deleted That I am not aware of ### 4/5 — Login Issue *2026-08-13* I have a tablet and phone. I have the app on both. Sometimes I watch my phone. Sometimes I watch my tablet. But after I watch my phone, the app on the tablet allows me to log in but wants to renew my purchase before I watch anything. I’m scared to do that because I already pay the monthly fee. I don’t want it to double charge me. So maybe try and fix that issue please so I can watch both devices pretty please! Thanks!
