RideAlong turns real conversations into structured, AI-powered coaching. Your team records their calls and appointments — in person or over video — and RideAlong transcribes each one and scores it against your team's own playbook, turning subjective notes into consistent, actionable coaching.

Practice mode: run a live roleplay against an AI customer built from your protocol. The persona is generated for you and fully editable, you pick which protocol to practice, and finished sessions become real, scored ride-alongs (with audio, scores, and quality metrics) that never count toward the leaderboard.

Record offline and upload automatically when you are back on a connection.

Redesigned call sharing, more discoverable coaching feedback, notifications when scoring finishes or feedback is left, and a range of polish and fixes.

### 1.4.0 — 2026-08-26

Tell us what's broken.

A new Send feedback option in your Profile lets you report a bug or suggest an improvement in a couple of taps. Your app version and the screen you were on are attached automatically, so you don't have to describe where you were.

If you lose signal mid-report, your draft is kept. And when we fix something you told us about, you'll hear back in the app.

### 1.3.2 — 2026-08-21

Recordings are safer. A finished call can no longer be displaced by the next one you start, and if a recording ever went missing before it finishes uploading, the recorder screen will now find it and offer to upload it.

### 1.3.1 — 2026-08-20

Fixes a recording that could get stuck waiting to upload and show an impossible length. The audio was always safe on your device, and a stuck recording can now finish uploading on its own. You can also discard a parked recording that cannot be assembled.

### 1.3.0 — 2026-08-19

A call now shows which playbook its score came from, and managers can switch which protocol is reported without re-grading. Uploads that fail partway now resume instead of starting over.
