### 2/5 — Excuse me where’s my MyRide?

I was told it was moving to this app and everything. Sure I can do the all in 1 app but where’s is the option to view where is my bus physically?! Y’all took that app away which is the best app in my opinion and now it’s gone and I’m supposed to use this app real time arrivals?! I rather look at my bus physically coming in map view than the estimated time. Please update this app with the MyRide features like we were told!

It’s almost two weeks and they can’t fix a QR Code that’s pending dots on ridebct. Waste of $70 that I lost access to. I used SoFloGO for the first time and behold, the QR Code works. I had a ridebct account so everything transition smoothly. SoFloGo literally saved me a headache and it pops up the bus station time and buses from location on the main menu.

When I first downloaded the app, it was fine. I could find bus routes on the map. Click on when they were coming see when they were and estimate from there I could buy my bus pass get on the bus and everything would be fine. It was nice being able to look on the map where I was at my stop, but now I can’t even do that. It takes me to third-party Google maps and I can no longer look at the bus times the bus route or look at maps anymore from within the app, which is very annoying and has made the app even less functional so the only point now is for it to buy a bus pass, not even to function as a bus route map finder thing. Please go back to the old way this new way is annoying.

Concept of the app is good, but it’s really annoying to keep putting in my password to buy more bus tickets. Also, what I don’t like that the app keeps kicking me out when I’m ready to go on the bus, so I have to keep signing back in. Annoying

I’ve been using this app for a year now and I was always able to see the schedule of a bus route. But now I cannot see anything for my particular bus route. Please fix this soon.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app numerous times. These is something wrong with the real time arrivals the times of arrival are not populating on some stops. PLEASE FIX THIS! The whole purpose of the app is to show when buses arrive.

I don’t understand why the buses don’t let the public know that they will not arrive or arrive late. I waited 40 minutes past the initial time and I had to Uber, which is more expensive. Unfortunately it was my only away around. Broward County bus transit is not always the best reliable service…

This is the worst and the only reason to actually use it is for the digital card.
It always logs me out. The "real time arrivals" does show the actual real time, it just shows the time it's "supposed" to arrive, as soon as the time time passes it just goes to the next scheduled time and doesn't let you know how far the bus actually is.
They are still showing the schedule for the 101 even though it's suspended. 
Everything about this app is archaic and useless
4/13 update still trash app. Still signs me out all the time. Real time is just the time on schedule not where the bus actually is

The only saving grace is the fact that you can purchase tickets on your phone. The bus schedule is very inaccurate and if you have a privacy screen, forget about using their app all together. They need to update either the app or allow their scanners to work with privacy screens.

I started to with this app couldn’t for the life of me figure it out. I know my way around but never ride the bus and don’t know my streets, roads and stops. If a tourist were to come and try to use this app, it would be so useless. It gives you lists of different routes, but you don’t understand them because you don’t even know where you’re going. It doesn’t even have an option of a map so you can at least click where you know you’re trying to go and where you are. I prefer the MyRide app, but apparently it’s no longer working and now we have to use this one. I’m better off going on Google maps at least that one is more easier to maneuver and you have more of a general idea of where you’re going. What stops of a route to take.

As many have said, the app runs poorly and was poorly designed. Broward County transit sucks and you can never count on the buses being on time. The real time arrival is a joke that is not reliable.

MyRide has always been straightforward and easy to use. This new app is just Google Maps revisited. Why destroy something that really was great for route planning?

As soon as I saw this the update I clicked on it and it was the biggest mistake I made. Every time I click on my pass it just shows three dots bouncing like it’s pending with no barcode. If I try to back out it freezes everything but the dots in motion. I tried uninstalling, restarting my phone, logging out, seeing it my phone need a update to no prevail. I see other passengers use the app with no problem with older generation phones but somehow I’m the only one whose pass is buffering. If I can rate this 0 stars I would.

It’s been two times that I paid for a 7 day bus pass only to have it be deleted before the end of use. This has caused problems because I take a bus thinking I have a digital bus available and it had been deleted without reason.

I wasn’t aware that I had an old account apparently. But what is the point of the reset password feature, if it doesn’t work. Sends to my email, I click change password, and once I enter new password, it does nothing …screen just refreshes, don’t confirm the change is made….nothing. So I try logging in with new password just created and the password never reset. Government apps always have the most Garbage coders.

I want to start this review saying that’s the buses from the line 16 is always late or just never show up at the right time.

It doesn't matter how early you are waiting where you are supposed to be, they simply arrive when they feel like it or they simply don't show up, regardless of the fact that it is a service that is not free.

This app is a life saver as tickets can be purchased with a simple tap on the smartphone. There is no need for exact change or ticketing machines. Please try to add Apple pay support and  interchange notifications while on routes.

I’m commuting BCT to dowoMiMibfor more than 10 year and this is one of the biggest improvement. Rushing to the library or prey to mail to be on time was always a hassle. This new App really will change the way commuter pay BCT buses and will speed up boarding process . Be a good BCT rider and install this application NOW!!!

Would be nice if we see Apple Pay added onto the app instead of having to save our credit card info. Also please add dark mode as iOS 18 supports it via app and app icon! App should also have tracking capabilities like the other app (MyRide) so it’s all in one app. Other than that app is okay and functional.

The real time arrival information does not show the closest bus stops to my GPS location, so I have to guess at the stop names, sometimes unsuccessfully, because not all stops are named for nearby streets. I don't have time to go through all stops in Broward County looking for one that might fit, so the feature is sometimes useless. This can be fixed by storing the GPS locations of all stops and then sorting the stops in the app by distance from the stop's GPS location to my GPS location. No transmission of my GPS location to the Internet is needed if the app knows the stops' GPS locations. There's also no bug report option in the app or on the App Store page.
