Today it did the same thing with Renee my pickup was at 6:45 it said she wouldn’t get to me till 6:52 and I have to be to work at 7am. I canceled and Renee was pulling up. I’m not sure is it’s her or y’all GPS. ### 1/5 — Customer Service *2023-08-27* By far this is the worst customer service platform ever. I had to repeat myself four times to the lady that did not understand. English. It’s very sad to say that when I spoke with her, it was even worse. No understanding of English, repetitive questions and no understanding of anything. Then she says I don’t have a copy of your booking. However, I had numerous text updates about my upcoming ride. Nothing that the technical support said or did help me with my booking. I waited an hour I called. They promised me it would be here at 2:11. It’s almost 245.
