I had to repeat myself four times to the lady that did not understand. English. It’s very sad to say that when I spoke with her, it was even worse. No understanding of English, repetitive questions and no understanding of anything. Then she says I don’t have a copy of your booking. However, I had numerous text updates about my upcoming ride. Nothing that the technical support said or did help me with my booking. If I have to listen to that inept woman again, I may pull my hair out. ### 1/5 — Shows micro in my area but want let me book it it *2023-07-28* I would give it a 0 if I could. Have tried for 6 months to connect with a micro ride just to not have it work. ### 1/5 — First time riding *2023-06-21* I’ve been waiting for this post for two hours first said it was coming at 1:47. I waited an hour I called. They promised me it would be here at 2:11. It’s almost 245. I have no clue what’s going on not at first good impression of the micro bash I desperately need it and my whole day is going by so it’s rather disappointing. ### 1/5 — No stars *2022-07-28* Too complicated to get a ride. They want to know personal information to book ride. They have cut down too much in service area. All around terrible experience. ### 2/5 — Availability *2024-09-30* Yes there have been so many times that I try to go from Carolina Besch to Walmart and it does matter how far I go out to book a ride there’s never and I’m not one to complain but seriously I don’t drink and on disability also 62 I can’t afford a Uber or Lyft but I’m sorry I start say ride now and I can go out every 1/2 hr and it’s the Same at 2 hours out Well by that time I can’t get back in the van so I can’t get my shopping done This isn’t the first , second or third time I live all the drivers always are kind and will help you But what kind of breaks are going on here It’s a Monday this shouldn’t be an issue it doesn’t take from the end of the island to Walmart even picking up riders no 2 hrs or More Shoot I’m taking Lyft from noe on and I’ll send the bill It’s $20 instead of $2 By the way what’s up with no discount for 62 and older or disabilities Doesn’t matter I can’t get a ride Smh ### 3/5 — Pick ups in the morning always a problem *2024-02-15* Today and yesterday I had to cancel my rides because it had Renee picking me up 20 minutes pass my pickup time and that would make me late for work. Today it did the same thing with Renee my pickup was at 6:45 it said she wouldn’t get to me till 6:52 and I have to be to work at 7am. I canceled and Renee was pulling up.
