Nur was mich echt sehr sehr sehr stört ist, dass man sie nicht in Köln, Chorweiler, Nord Chorweiler und Fühlingen abstellen kann. Zb Voi E Scooter können das schon da kann man einfach, weil in Korweiler Nord mehrere Schulen sind, wäre es vor allem praktisch mit dem E-Roller bis Fühlingen fahren, ihn dort abstellen und dann zum See gehen wenn das ergänzt werden würde, würde ich mich und noch viele viele andere von meiner Schule und Umgebung sehr sehr freuen!!! It’s a complete scam you have to run around to try and park it at a designated area when others are eligible to park wherever they’d like it’s ridiculous horrible company took 33 pounds of my little sister now she’s left with 17 pounds for the rest of the holiday if your thinking of getting one for your travels then don’t it’s a waste of time money and effort absolute garbage ### 1/5 — Intermittent *2026-07-13, version 4.15.0* Worked ok for 4 days. Then I had to keep shutting down and rebooting. Now, will only get to the scanning screen 1 in 10 attempts, and even then will not scan a bike or process the code when I add it manually. ### 1/5 — Worst app I’ve ever had the displeasure of using *2026-07-13, version 4.15.0* For an app that’s intended to be used outside with moving vehicles, how can it basically only function correctly on WiFi?? I needed to go somewhere quickly in Florence and it would’ve been a 25 minute walk, or a 9 minute bike, so logically I chose the bike. Guess what, it took LONGER because this stupid app barely works and wouldn’t let me end my ride. Also, bikes are not appropriate for use for anyone under 5’2, and because of that I’ve had a yellow bruise on my leg for weeks from the bike falling on me when I could barely get on it. Tried 3 different phone numbers ### 1/5 — Auto renewal very bad *2026-06-26, version 4.13.7* The automatic renewal of ride packages is a practice that is close to being fraudulent. Customers do not receive any email notifications or receipts when renewal charges are processed, and automatic renewal is enabled by default from the very first purchase. The wording used in the app is "ride packages." Nothing in that description reasonably suggests that the purchase is a recurring subscription. A customer would naturally understand this to be a one-time package, not a service that renews automatically every week. This appears to be a deliberate design intended to mislead customers into recurring charges without their clear and informed consent. ### 1/5 — Basta con gli updates! *2026-06-25, version 4.13.6* Ogni volta che apro la app c'è un update da fare - fateli opzionali!!! ### 3/5 — Ok bikes, buggy app *2026-06-19, version 4.13.4* Insists on Bluetooth being on and takes aaages to do anything half the time. Rest of the time, good ### 4/5 — Teils gut Teils schlecht *2026-06-15* Die Scooter sind klasse,klar sind neu und wenn alle Ordentlich damit umgehen würden für alle lange Zeit Top. Leider tritt oft das Problem auf das die App hängt und ab und an der Scooter nicht aktiviert oder deaktiviert werden kann. Was ich mir wünschen würde währe das es ein Miet oder Abo Modell geben würde für nen ganzen Monat. Also makes you add money before you know the cost. Waisted 30mins trying to get one that worked. It now does not work and cannot use my daily pass. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-06-04, version 4.13.1* Tried to rent an e-bike in Florence and the app attempted to charge me instantly four times using different names causing my bank to have to shut off my card permanently and leaving me with no way to get a new card in another country on top of that the app didn’t even work for me a friend rented the bikes for a group of us and then she got charged non stop as well and ended up having to shut her card off as well because it wouldn’t stop charging her and racked up nearly 100 euros of charges in a few moments on top of all this the bikes were too tall for most of our group to ride so we used them for around a block before getting off and walking the rest of the way by far the worst public transit service I’ve used anywhere in the world don’t bother with this ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-05-29, version 4.13.0* The bike broke caused me to fall in front of cars. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this is such a scam. I was on holiday and I was using this scooter app and hoppy app to get a round. I had absolutely no issues with the Hoppy app, however, this app was absolutely ridiculous. I would unlock the ride and try to park my scooter and it would say that I’m not in a parking zone and not let me park the scooter even though I was clearly in a parking zone. the only way to end the ride, is to just let the ride keep on going until it automatically turns off however it still charges you for this time and then you have to appeal this as well as the parking fine you will get and then make you pay €20 and not refund you the whole amounts. There’s no customer support team only a chat which is very unhelpful and this has happened several times out of the four rides I had one was perfect the other three I had problems with. These being the scooter not starting or wouldn’t let you park when you’re clearly in a parking zone and then it keeps on charging you. My boyfriend started a ride and it didn’t start the bike. It didn’t let him park it back up again or end the ride and then it consequently charged him for two hours he ended up paying £40 for something that he didn’t even use and there’s no one to get into contact to amend this other then submitting appeals after you spent the money. It’s just really ridiculous. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!! ### 1/5 — At best buggy and worst a scam… *2026-08-30, version 4.21.0* I bought a 30 minute ride pass, and rode for 2 minutes on an e-bike that wouldn’t turn to e-assist. I tried to swap bikes to a non e-bike but then wasn’t able to use the rest of my minutes, I kept getting an error code saying I had to top up - when I had at least 20 minutes left! Now I want to delete my data because I am not convinced this app is legit but I’ve been locked out of my account. Le service client est inexistant . Là récemment sans laisser de message d’explication ils ont tenté de 15 fois de suite , jusqu’à ce que je bloque les paiement , de me débiter 10€ car « il n’avait pas reçu la photo du vélo stationner »ça m’est re arriver aujourd’hui, tout les jours ils tentent de débiter de l’argent sur mon compte pour sans explications, aujourd’hui c’est 2h15 après la course que je reçois une notifications comme quoi ils ont pas accepté ma photo et tente alors de me débiter 10€ : DES VOLEURS ya pas d’autres mots, prenez les lime ils sont 100x meilleurs . ### 1/5 — Vélo électriques à Florence *2026-08-11* Vraiment pas terrible, les vélos sont de qualité moyenne. Par compte disponibilité maximum, il y en a partout. Gros gros problème au moment de rendre les vélos à CHAQUE course, l’application prend automatiquement la photo du vélo pour prouver qu’il est correctement garé. Donc on ne peut pas verrouiller une course sans avoir envoyé la photo. Or à chaque course l’application envoie une Notif pour dire que on n’ envoie pas la photo du coup au bout de trois courses, il bloque le compte. ### 1/5 — Cannot receive validation code for account sign-up *2026-08-10, version 4.19.1* Neither American or Chinese phone number works for signing up for the app ### 1/5 — Very opportunistic app with lots of problems with the scooter *2026-08-07, version 4.19.1* Used in Alghero, every other scooter was broken, and you are charged €2.25 for each one you unlock and was charged a €10 penalty without explanation or an email. Sign up is long winded and buggy.
