Why do i have to pay to get directions to a trail thats near me! *2026-08-29* Good app but why do I need to pay to get directions to the trail its dumb i wanted this so i could find trails near me but i cant do that without paying please make it better for free users like make it free to get directions to a trail near them or other things you would download this app for and then if you want to make something that you would have to pay for it would show where other people are by using a system like the Find My app in Iphone so if they have a Iphone you could see where they are so you dont crash into them or wait till there done with their run overall Please make it more free user ### 3/5 — Amazing BUT *2026-08-23* Ive noticed that at my local bike park, chicksands which has many trails, non of them are on the map! I would add them but you have to have premium to add trails! Its so odd that to put down trails you have to pay! If it wasnt like that it would be 6/5 stars and make there less stuff on premium make mtb more accessible! Otherwise for that large ahh flaw it is a very good app, and if you have money to buy premium I recommend it! Thanks again for checking our RidePal and we will continue to improve the app for free and Pro users alike! ### 2/5 — Paywall *2026-08-21* The app seems good enough but everything is stuck behind a paywall including looking at trails ### 4/5 — Good just doesn’t have enough free features *2026-08-17* Ik that y’all need a subscription option so you can make money, but I don’t think you need to restrict pretty much the entire app unless you have a subscription, also the airtime feature is really cool but it usually doesn’t track most of your jumps, I hit a set of jumps for 30mins straight and it only said I hit one jump. It’s missing a lot trails that aren’t exactly new. The ride creation feature is pretty frustrating. The routing doesn’t prioritize trail and sends the rider all over the place. It’s not buggy by any means, there’s just a lot to be worked out to make this a meaningful trail and ride recording app. ### 3/5 — Oft Absturz und Neustart *2026-07-23* Die App ist oft während dem Tracking abgestürzt, hat die Kilometer nicht getrackt. Dadurch habe ich einiges verloren. Unfortunately, I wasted all my time setting up the app because you actually need a subscription to use it. A novice could REALLY get themselves in trouble if they followed this app’s rating system.
