I tried to use this app and when I sent in my concerns about how buses can be so late or just disappear completely just before they are to arrive, hut when I tried to submit it, the concern or complaint vanished. So here am again and I am awaiting the BHX SB bus and it shows the bus in my tracking, says 8 minutes away, 7, 6….and finally hits 0 and the bus just vanishes. So do tell, where did this bus conveniently disappear too? This is my first review I think ever. You cannot use this app. All but three buttons take you to the website that tells you to download the app. Then to schedule a ride you have to download another app. I made an account so I could pay online, but it doesn’t allow you to add a card. I watched the video on the website of how to use the app, and what they do in the video you cannot do in the app. This app needs a complete overhaul, and it’s a real shame. Hopefully they see this and actually try to fix it, but based on other reviews it does not appear that way. ### 1/5 — Bus drivers don’t even follow the schedule *2026-04-19, version 7.8.35* Buses pass by way too much. Everytime I use any card to pay for a pass it says that it can’t process my payment. Before I was able to just type in a bus number and get the schedule for that line . Now I have to scroll to the street I want to go to just to figure out the bus schedule.
