Took forever to figure out the app isn’t useable yet. Also that it’s not available to everyone. Only those over 62. It doesn’t say anywhere what sg+ means. Seriously when apps are created why don’t they test them with some people who don’t know what it’s about to help them know what info it should have.

Thank you guys so much for providing the service for our city. It’s honestly a very big stress, relief, and help especially for the ones who are all disability or need to get to appointments. Or need to little errands the service is such a great service and the people who work with them are such great. Provides such great customer service and professionalism.
