## What is RideTracker?

RideTracker is the private, invite-only home base for your motorcycle riding club. Plan group rides, RSVP in a tap, get a heads-up before every departure, and relive each ride through a shared photo story — all in one place, just for your club.

Note: RideTracker is made for established clubs. Members join by invitation from a club admin — there is no public sign-up.

FOR EVERY RIDER
• See your next ride at a glance — meeting point, stops, and destination on a map, total distance, and the day's weather
• RSVP Coming, Maybe, or Out in one tap
• Get an automatic "leaving soon" reminder about an hour before each ride
• Relive rides in the club photo story — post photos and short clips, comment, and react
• Photos you take in the app are tagged with where you rode
• Hear from the club your way — email, text, or push notification
• Sign in with a password, or a one-time code texted to your phone

FOR ORGANIZERS & ADMINS
• Plan and edit rides with a meeting point, reorderable stops, and a destination
• Build a route from your stops, or add a Google Maps link so everyone can navigate it turn-by-turn
• Message the right riders — everyone still in, those who haven't RSVP'd, or a hand-picked few — by each rider's preferred channel
• Run polls to decide where to ride next, then turn the winner into a real ride
• Invite members by email or text; manage roles, approvals, and profiles
• Make it yours: club name, logo, region, distance units, and timezone

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your club is invite-only, and member, organizer, and admin roles are enforced at the data layer — not just hidden in the interface. No ads. No tracking. We don't sell your data.
