I’m currently staying at Westgate Canyons and have found the app to be a nightmare to use. The service areas were changed with no communication, leaving you stranded or unable to book spots that the day before were available. The app also does not accurately estimate time, or will be extremely slow. For example I booked a shuttle that was a 30 minute estimated wait time and ended up being almost 50 minutes as the time kept updating. It makes it hard to plan your shuttle and day, and also means you are often waiting outside in freezing temps. The drivers are all lovely but the app needs improvement or they need to revert to set shuttle times.

Great way to get around from resort to city. 

Would be great to be able to enter in a destination and see which stops are nearest that destination
