They have charged me 50/- INR twice fir the same booking but I didn’t get the Barcode to scan it at the AFC gates. They just show you this message on your phone screen as long as you got frustrated with it and push back or close the app. And after that there is no proof in the app whether your transaction got failed or not because ultimately the Barcode wasn’t appeared on your screen at all. I request someone from higher management to look into this matter ASAP. There is a balance in my account which I am not able to use during Mumbai Metro travel. One of the easiest ones to use in comparison to all the other similar service provider. Can buy a ticket in less than a minute and since the barcode is big enough it never causes aby trouble during scanning. But, the Green Line of Bengaluru Metro has termini at Nagasandra and Yelachenahalli. The Kempegowda Station, Majestic acts as the interchange station between Green Line and Purple Line, which has termini at Baiyyappanahalli and Mysore Road.
