## What is Ridma?

See your eating window without starting a timer.

Log a meal in one tap. Ridma works out your eating window and overnight gap from what you log, whether today is one meal or three. Check in on your energy, gut or mood when you want, and see them side by side.

NOTHING TO START OR STOP
No countdown, no streaks, no calories, macros or portions. You eat when you eat; Ridma keeps the record.

ONE MEAL SOME DAYS, TWO ON OTHERS
• Your week at a glance on Timeline, with each day's eating window
• One-meal and two-meal days, counted from your log, with no target to hit
• Your usual first and last meal, and how steady they are
• Meals, snacks and coffee on one timeline, easy to edit if you log late

HOW THE DAY FELT, ALONGSIDE IT
Choose Energy or Digestion as your focus and it appears on Today next to your meals: rate it higher and the line rises, lower and it dips. Check-ins for mood, hunger and cravings are there when you want them. Sleep and movement come from Apple Health, if you connect it.

A WEEK YOU CAN READ
When a week ends, Ridma compares it with the week before and points out one thing worth noticing, with your gut, energy and mood alongside. Some weeks there is nothing new, and it says so.

YOUR JOURNAL (NEW)
Add a photo or a note to any meal, coffee or check-in, from its editor or right after you log. The journal gathers them by month, with "On this day" and a short letter when each month ends. Share a moment as a card that shows only what you choose.

RIDMA PREMIUM (OPTIONAL)
Logging meals, coffee, check-ins, notes and photos is free, and so are the current week and your first patterns. Premium adds the long view:
• Your patterns over twelve weeks, next to how you felt
• Every finished week, kept to read back
• The journal, with a letter each month
• Small experiments, like a 16:8 week or an earlier dinner, to see how a change felt. Stop any time.
• One small intention for tomorrow, and a short evening summary written on your device
If you're eligible, the yearly plan starts with a free trial, and Ridma can remind you before it ends.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account. No ads. Your logs and photos are stored on your iPhone, and backups and exports happen only when you choose them.

Ridma is for personal awareness. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you have symptoms that worry you, or eating feels hard to manage, talk to a doctor before you change how you eat.

Works with Apple Watch, Siri and Home Screen widgets. Requires iOS 26 or later.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.2.0 — 2026-10-24

• Your journal: add a photo or a note to any meal, coffee or check-in. The journal gathers them by month, with "On this day" and a short letter when each month ends. Notes and photos are free; the journal is part of Premium.
• Timeline opens on your week at a glance: each day's eating window, and how many days had one meal.
• Insights is rebuilt, with the week on top and your patterns underneath.
• Try a 16:8 week from Insights and see how the days felt. Stop any time.
• Share a moment as a card, with only the photo, note and date you choose.
• A clearer Premium screen. If you start a free trial, Ridma can remind you before it ends.
• Your photos and monthly letters are now part of your backups.
• Today, your widgets and Apple Watch now show your eating window, with no clock counting up.

### 2.1.0 — 2026-10-02

• Your focus on Today: choose Gut or Energy and see it rise and dip next to your meals through the day.
• Tap a check-in on Today to change its rating, time or note — or delete it.
• A clearer check-in editor, matching the meal editor.
• Twelve-week trends now include digestion, and each rating keeps one colour across the app.
• Tomorrow, useful all day: see how today is going against the intention you chose, with one reminder before the time.
• Moving a coffee or meal to another day with Custom time no longer makes it disappear.
• Clearer wording throughout and improved Dutch translations.

### 2.0.1 — 2026-08-28

Bug fixes and improvements

### 2.0.0 — 2026-08-11

Ridma 2.0 — your weeks, finished and readable.

NEW
• Weekly review. Every Monday, last week becomes a finished story: one honest finding, your rhythm chart, and a fair comparison with the week before. Never mid-week guesswork.
• Trends (Premium). Twelve weeks of eating window, sleep, and movement — measured against your own baseline, nobody else's.
• Past weeks (Premium). Every finished week, kept.
• Experiments, rebuilt. One question per week. Watch each day land on a chart drawn against your target — and when a week shows a pattern worth testing, Ridma suggests the experiment that tests it. When it doesn't, it stays quiet.
• Coffee is finally editable — change the type, the time, or remove it.

IMPROVED
• The widget updates more reliably, and now says what it's asking about.
• Logging a meal settles your fasting window instantly, everywhere — app, widget, and watch.
• Sharper, more honest wording throughout. Ridma only ever claims what your own data shows.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-06-02

This update includes following improvements
- Improved experiment evaluation
- Polished onboarding
- Better insights handling
- Bug fixes and usability improvements.
