I’m happy to support a company that’s so proactive and innovative, thus switched my subscription from monthly to annual 2 years ago. For the first 3 years I had no issues with pickups and any questions were promptly answered but in last year several pickups have been missed - in each case they didn’t own problem, no insight to cause and found way to blame me, the customer. There is no way to talk to a human, apparently because staff are forbidden from talking with customers?
