The website needs fixed can’t log in or register. Not receiving emails can’t make a shopping list or place orders.

You can’t use your ebt food card on the app, I would gladly buy local instead of having to use Kroger, but there app accepts EBT payments!

I could not get this thing to work right for the life of me! It kept changing stores, losing my payment info, the menu wouldn’t find basic things like bread... I must have spent half the night repeating actions on it. It eventually took a small order (I don’t even know how) and had it not, I was at the point of throwing in the towel. Exhausting, really.

I didn’t think any store in the valley was as bad a Walmart but riesbecks bet them we will never shop at riesbeck again .shopped there for thirty years but never again

Once you do, you will always receive tons of spam emails with no way to unsubscribe. Then if you go to delete the account, they don’t offer a way to delete it. You will be stuck forever!!!

Will not open after last update, it starts by blank page with three little circles, then drops to IPad home page about two seconds later!
Contact page doesn’t work either, says error!

My iPad is running version 12.5.1
Will not run app.

My iPhone is running version 14
App will load, but contacts will not send , syntax error?

Application kept telling me my searches were “throttled.” Never could order a second ice cream. Application “timed out” on me while I was still ordering. Application does not work well with Apple password and Face ID. Will not trigger auto fill of Apple password. I have to go into settings, copy the password and paste it into the application. Very poorly designed for searching and signing into the application.

For the most part, I can use the app without a problem to order my groceries. However, the button to go back to the previous screen is not accessible with voiceover so I have to close and reopen the app to get back to the main screen once I am in my wish list or a particular category. I have talked with a few people that do not use voiceover and they say the button is also hard for them to access as well. Please improve this.

Everyone at curbside pickup is great! I always use it for my grocery shopping. They are mindful of requests and put the groceries in the car for me! I hope curbside continues even after we recover from COVID-19. Thank you all for the great job you do.

I am very happy to live so close to Toronto, Reisbecks. Because, Tim Thompson is an amazing manager! He is so concerned about his customers and employees. What an upmost person. That’s why I go to that store.

Teresa, who does personal shopping and curbside, is wonderful! I trust her to choose good cuts of meat, fresh vegetables and fruit, and I am never disappointed.

Love that you can click on weekly ad and put things from there directly into your order. Doesn’t work that way with other stores.

Love curbside, keeps us safe! Thanks
