One thing that I noticed however, is that when you have more than 3 winners, you cannot export the list or print it, or do anything past the 3 or 4. I had it run 20 winners and I couldn’t share it or anything past the 3 because It only exports a picture. This needs fixed with this new update so you can export more than the three top winners. You should be able to export to a csv and the whole picture, not just 3-4. Prior to 7-30-2020 Review: This app would be the best around if you could import names. Please please please make this happen!!!! Downfall! I have all of my entries in an Excel/Google Sheet and cannot import my list from there to this. It takes FOREVER to manually enter. I emailed the developer a while back where he stated I could import a sheet, but when I asked how I never heard back. Hopefully he will respond with the how to eventually, but it’s been over a month since I last heard. I’ve looked in every section of the app and only see an option to “export” my participants to a csv file. I was looking to create raffles for each class where students get a ticket for speaking in French. This app seems to work perfect! ### 5/5 — Great App Great Customer Service *2020-01-23, version 2.4.1* This App does exactly what it says on the tin! It’s a smart little raffle app, with a clear interface- it lets you share the winners via text, email or image and setup lists of players and allocate a number of tickets! It even lets you add players via QR code which is amazing if you have a frequently repeating raffle! Honestly this application is hard to fault! I’ve looked at lots of raffle apps - and this is the one which ticked all the boxes! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Why? *2020-09-03, version 2.5.1* All this is is a random number generator. Now you’d really have a great product if you could create an app that does the raffle from start to finish. So like I could raffle a fish tank, 100 spots, a dollar a spot, and all of your contacts can see it and buy spots right on the app and then you can run it securely and the winner gets notified all on your app. Now that would be cool. ### 1/5 — Não é um aplicativo de rifa. *2020-07-18, version 2.5.0* O aplicativo é muito limitado. Ele faz um sorteio entre nomes introduzidos entretanto as pessoas que compram os bilhetes não conseguem acompanhar o processo. Serve para realizar um sorteio na presença dos participantes, mas não entendo como poderia ser utilizado para rifas virtuais, acho que não tem essa utilidade. ### 1/5 — Can’t record raffle details *2019-04-11* Can’t find anywhere in the app where you can record contact details of who purchased raffle tickets to let them know they won. **Developer response:** Hello! Thank you for the feedback. We saw this comment and we’ve gotten a few emails about this feature and because of that we’ve added the ability to add contact details to participants of a raffle. Add phone number, email, etc. You can also add your own custom fields if the ones we’ve made don’t work for you. Once you’ve updated the app let us know if this will suit your needs. Thank you! ### 1/5 — Disappointed with recent update *2015-11-10, version 2.0* I loved this app ... It was exactly what I need for my direct sales business. The recent update has made this app impossible to use. I cannot give people multiple entities and the settles reset so it will also draw 3 winners. One of those 3 is currently running and has several people entered. After the most recent update, the 3 from my new phone are completely gone, and the ones from my old phone appeared. All the data from the current raffle is gone! Maybe next version can have a setting on how you'd like it set up ### 1/5 — Poor App *2015-07-27, version 1.1.2* This app has potential, however due to the user interface being hard to manipulate, ie, if you add a contestant it is hard to click the number of tickets and make changes to the names, it just seems awkward. Next the add, there is no need to adds, they never work and no one pays attention to them. If I do not see the removal of the add, I will replace with a better version with more features by another app maker. I do not even know what the add is, I see it at the bottom, but just ignore it. It serves as a minor annoyance, and if it continues will get this app removed and replaced. If the creator makes the add removal and user interface changes, with a more colorful background, I may change my rating and keep it, for now it gets a one star as it is difficult to give more, we will see how the creator responds to the need changes. Amazing. ### 5/5 — Incredibly Useful App *2024-08-16, version 2.5.4* This app is so well designed and useful! I'm so glad it exists, and I'd be extremely sad and frustrated if it ever disappeared. The ability to use it on my phone, tablet, and even my Mac (via iPad apps for Mac) is the best. Being able to export raffles as CSV and import raffles as CSV softens the blow of there being no "cloud backup" or "syncing" across devices. Overall, it's such an excellent and useful app. It could be better, but it's closer to 5 stars than 4! It's also head and shoulders above its competitors in the "raffle app" space (at least that I've been able to find). The fact that it's entirely free is icing on this cake. So, 5 stars!
