### 1/5 — Pay to play

Free trial

### 5/5 — Gorgeous Sound & Art

*2026-08-15*

I absolutely love the art and sound direction in this game. It’s fun, forgiving (can refund towers in full), and the trial is very generous!

### 1/5 — Terrible game doesn’t even tell you it’s 8 dollars if you want to play more than a couple levels

*2026-08-02*

Got this game thinking it would be a fun free game I could play immediately I get told this is a trial and the actual game is like 8 dollars

### 5/5 — Truly Inventive

*2026-07-28*

It’s been a WHILE—like a decade—since I’ve encountered a truly inventive tower defense game.

But this game checks every single box I have, and some I didn’t know I had. Let’s start with the really creative stuff:

1. Personality: the pixel sprite hero is cute and whimsical. When you don’t touch the screen for a minute, she gets bored and goes “doo doo doo.” The flavor and crunch text are straightforward but cute without being winky. The music is catchy and fits the tone perfectly—jaunty at times but still full of ominous threat: like an enchanted forest at dusk. The artwork and level design is a quaint but beautiful solid color motif. There is a story to be revealed within, though I’ll admit I haven’t unpacked it yet.

2. Tower types: I’ve seen all the tower types. Well, I thought I had. I won’t spoil it, but I guarantee there are at least a few that will surprise and delight you. Discovering the synergies is a joy

3. Variety: each level has a unique problem to solve. Some have inconvenient tower locations, some have an overly exposed base to protect, and others have brute force waves. Solving it with the intended method is very satisfying. Solving it with a different method is VERY satisfying.

4. Difficulty: this is one of the most balanced games I’ve ever played, in genre or out. I’m not saying it’s easy, because it’s not. It’s surprisingly hard. But it’s fair, and it’s not punitive. The consequence of losing is that you just try again at the beginning of the wave. But rather than it feeling low stakes, it makes the various decisions feel important.

5. Pacing: there’s no tutorial. The first several levels have some simple control callouts, but it does an excellent job of showing instead of telling. To me, this is a sleeper mark of a great game designer. You also choose your own upgrade path via unlocking towers. You’re forced to learn one or two new towers at a time before accessing the full suite. Again, excellent design.

6. Fun: it’s extremely fun and satisfying. I normally don’t like a hero sprite in a TD game. But the movement and controls are so fluid and balanced, that it actually increases the immersion and adds a layer of—if not difficult—complexity and richness. Becoming familiar with the enemies and how they interact with the towers unlocks new depth with each level.

Overall, a phenomenal and rich game that’ll work your brain in a super interesting way.

### 5/5 — Love it!

*2026-07-23, version 1.3.2*

Love the style and animation. The demo has the right amount of tease to get me hooked for the full game

### 5/5 — 5/5

*2026-07-14, version 1.3.2*

This game is a work of art

### 5/5 — very charming game

*2026-07-13*

honesty have a blast playing this and i really enjoy the art style and music. it’s really engaging and easy to pick up and put down or get lost in. a lot of games struggle to keep or grab my attention but this one did. i underestimated it and didn’t think i would be into it much at all or that i would get bored with it early on and i am grateful that it had a free demo version, because it really pleasantly surprised me. i am normally into things like pokémon, animal crossing or sandbox games so sometimes when i see a strategy game, i’m intimidated and feel like i might get bored since i prefer a focus/priority on immersive worlds, interesting characters and art design. the strategy aspect adds enough depth to keep you playing while still having beautiful pixel art and music that charms me. definitely don’t look past this one and give it a try. it has much broader appeal than you’d expect and it’s easy to get into.

### 1/5 — Cash Grab

*2026-07-08, version 1.3.2*

Cash Grab

### 4/5 — Preço incompatível

*2026-07-07*

O jogo realmente é muito bom, mas o preço de 39,99 é muito se comparado com as promoções do mesmo jogo na steam (corta o preço quase pela metade), então suplico aos devs uma redução de preço, para que possa comprar

### 5/5 — Excellent balance of strategy and action

*2026-06-20, version 1.3.2*

There's a lot to conquer and the difficulty increases as you would expect. But I finished it all and I want more :D
