My headset is connected to my Xbox, and is working fine. Than suddenly while adjusting volume it completely stops working. Says it’s connected but no sound but the announcement question were loud and . Connected it to phone and iPad yo listen music and it’s fine . A waste of 200$ . I spent 2hrs of my life trying to troubleshoot it and fix it was available on web and Microsoft. Glad I still have the receipt I’m gonna go return the item to Walmart asap. Volume on the headset was a little low after about 4 games went to turn the volume up and volume goes away completely. Volume will not come back on at all except for game chat. I have tried switching chat to regular volume with nothing working. Go to connect the headset to the app to be able to see what’s going on. Headset will connect to my phone, but the app will not recognize that the headset is blue toothed to my phone. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time *2024-01-06, version 1.2* I bought the RIG 600 pro HS & downloaded this app to set up the headset. It recognized my headset 1 time then it kept saying headset not connected event\ though I was connected to my game or even in a FaceTime call to my wife. You can not set up or change the settings or even utilize the 3 profiles that are available to you if the app will not connect to the headset. Mic monitoring is my favorite- feel like my ears are plugged if it's not on and I talk. Set my custom EQ. And set power to turn off after 2 hours not using. All works great. Headset is super comfortable and sounds great.
