The staff were undertrained and created a volatile situation with my family by refusing to release my daughter to me, despite me being a 50/50 custodial parent. Rather than conducting proper due diligence to determine my legal custodial rights, staff relied solely on the statements of the other parent. Instead of attempting to de-escalate the situation or verify the custody arrangement, they escalated matters by calling 911 and physically restraining my daughter from entering my vehicle. This incident caused unnecessary emotional distress to my daughter and further intensified an already sensitive co-parenting situation. ### 1/5 — Broken terrible app *2025-08-20* Absolutely terrible.
