Also when scanning QR Code at checkin, it takes you to “Google Play Store for Games” - Are you serious? Are there any developers even updating this app for Android or iOS? The staff were undertrained and created a volatile situation with my family by refusing to release my daughter to me, despite me being a 50/50 custodial parent. Rather than conducting proper due diligence to determine my legal custodial rights, staff relied solely on the statements of the other parent. Instead of attempting to de-escalate the situation or verify the custody arrangement, they escalated matters by calling 911 and physically restraining my daughter from entering my vehicle. This incident caused unnecessary emotional distress to my daughter and further intensified an already sensitive co-parenting situation. ### 1/5 — Broken terrible app *2025-08-20* Absolutely terrible. Password reset doesn’t work. Requirements don’t match what it says it needs. Second, the app freezes often and logs me out. When I attempt to log back in it keeps “loading” and never goes past the login screen so I have to delete and reinstall the app, it’s happened several times this year. The website is also useless. For weeks (months?) I have been using the On my way feature and then I’m here so they will get my kid ready. Found out recently that unless the teachers are actually at the computer they don’t know any of that. Also I assumed (yes my bad) that also checked him out of the program for the day. Wrong. I still have to scan QR code and check him out.
