Hi. This app is not doing what it says that it can do. For example, I tried using it in a casino last night, but it did not give me directions to where I need to go. So I am giving this app one star. Until this is fixed, I am not using this app.

**Developer response:** We apologize that our app did not meet your expectations. Please note that the indoor mode feature only works at accessible RightHear locations, and it appears that the casino you visited has not yet set up RightHear. 
For future reference, you can find a list of all accessible RightHear locations within the app. We appreciate your feedback and hope you'll give our app another try in the future. Thank you.
