## What is RightMeal?

RightMeal is a fast AI food tracker you talk to. Say, type or snap a meal, before you eat it or after, and RightMeal tells you in a blink whether to eat it or skip it.

• Log a meal in one sentence
"Ramen and half a beer" is a whole entry. You don't search a food database, scan a barcode or weigh anything. Dictation runs on your iPhone.

• Check before you eat
Ask while you can still change your mind. Eat It logs the meal and Skip It lets it go. After a meal, one sentence logs it the same way.

• Or snap a photo
Take a picture of your plate, add a few words if you like, and get the same call. Photo calls are in beta.

• No calorie math
Each meal gets a call (Good meal, Maybe or Hold off) and plain levels for healthiness, calories, added sugar, carbs, protein and processed food. You won't see a calorie count, a daily budget or a red number. A rough answer that comes right away is easy to keep up with, and keeping up is what makes a food log work.

• Your day at a glance
One shape sums up every meal you've logged today, so a glance tells you how the day is going.

• It knows your day
Each call weighs your goal and pace, today's steps, last night's sleep, your workouts and what you've already eaten. RightMeal reads from Apple Health and never writes to it.

• Reminders that learn your day
Turn on meal reminders and RightMeal nudges you around the times you usually eat. Once a meal is logged, it stays quiet.

• On your wrist
Start a meal from the complication or with Double Tap on Apple Watch. It keeps recording with your wrist down, and you feel a tap when the call lands.

• Private by default
There's no account to make. Your meals and health data aren't shared with anyone until you allow it.

• RightMeal Pro
Logging is always free, and so are your first 20 calls. After that, calls need RightMeal Pro, an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
