The customer service team are responsive. If go on street view and pivot the screen freezes a lot on latest release. Also price bands and filtering not very good. It’s not unreasonable to want to save a search on detached & bungalows and appears incapable of managing that save. A saved filter search also would be better if interested in a certain type of property in say Northumberland likely may look in Lincolnshire and end up doing same things. It is so buggy it almost can’t be trusted to give you accurate search results in the race to find a property. You have to re-search over and over and then will discover a property miraculously appearing. I have used RM for donkies years.
