The app has excellent onboarding, and the home screen shows everything it can do.
I like the two options of searching for providers, manual and concierge, but I’d like to know how much better is the latter. Is it worth the wait, or should I search myself.

Whn I open the app, it says I need to update the app, but when I click update I'm taken to the appstore and there is no option to update.

Open the app to get some important information. Window popped up saying that there’s a new version and that I need to update. Problem is there’s no way to update it and no way to continue using the old version. Tried everything deleted the app and reinstalled nothing happened . This caused massive problems. This is Healthcare, they have endless seas of money and they’re dealing with important information and they can’t even make a functioning app.
So much for the “best healthcare in the world” 🙄

Consistently errors out whenever I try to price a medication. I often find that when I try to click through to certain features they don’t work or I will randomly get “An error has occurred” message. Chat responses take longer than calling, whether an app flaw or customer service experience issue is unclear, but despite having push available, I don’t get notified of responses and have to go check. Rightway in general has been useless and their app is no different.

I keep having issues logging into my account on this app. Keep getting error msgs. “Something went wrong.” I have no issues logging into through the website though.

You requested a prior authorization for a drug that isn’t on your prior authorization list and then denied the authorization my doctor submitted. I try not to ascribe malice when incompetence can suffice (like offloading responsibility to a bot that doesn’t know anything about medicine) but it looks like the cruelty and dehumanization to save money at all costs is the point. I am just 18 days into my first year with NoWayAmIUsingThis and hope I can do literally anything else next year. In the meantime, fix your useless system.
