## What is RigRally?

Rig Rally is the dedicated transport marketplace built specifically for the Permian Basin — where downtime costs thousands per hour and every delivery matters. We connect oilfield service companies with independent hotshot drivers, putting critical equipment exactly where it needs to be, exactly when it needs to be there.

Stop Relying on Phone Calls. Start Moving Equipment.

For too long, the logistics connecting service companies and drivers have run on phone calls, text chains, and word of mouth. Rig Rally fixes that by bringing the oilfield transport market online.

For Oilfield Service Companies:

Stop relying on phone trees and favors. Post urgent and scheduled transport jobs instantly and receive competitive bids from reviewed, local Permian Basin drivers within minutes — not hours.

Post & Bid: Describe your load, location, and timeline. Set a budget or open it up to bids.

Choose with Confidence: View driver profiles, ratings, and truck specs before awarding. Every driver on Rig Rally goes through a review process.

Track in Real-Time: Award the job and follow the haul from pickup to drop-off through the app.

Manage Everything: Keep a full record of all your jobs, bids, and history in one clean dashboard.

For Independent Hotshot Drivers:

Find steady, well-paying oilfield loads without chasing brokers. Your truck, your schedule, your income.

Find Loads: Browse open loads filtered by your location and equipment.

Win Work: Submit competitive bids and get awarded jobs directly through the app.

Build Your Reputation: Grow your business with ratings and a completed job history that makes you stand out.

Work Your Way: Enjoy the flexibility of working on your own schedule while connecting directly with local companies who need you most.

Built for the Permian Basin

Unlike general freight apps, Rig Rally is purpose-built for the unique routes, rig sites, well pads, and supply chains of the Permian Basin. Our driver network spans Midland, Odessa, Pecos, Carlsbad, Hobbs, Andrews, and every route in between.

From Post to Delivery in 4 Simple Steps:

Post Your Job: Describe the load, pickup, destination, and timeline.

Receive Bids: Reviewed local drivers submit competitive rates. Choose who fits best.

Award & Track: Award the job and follow the haul in real-time.

Job Complete: Confirm delivery, rate your experience, and keep a full record.

Key Features for the Oilfield:

Instant Bid Notifications: Get push alerts the moment a driver bids on your job.

In-App Messaging: Communicate directly through the app—no need to exchange personal numbers.

Centralized Dashboard: Track all your active jobs, bids, awarded contracts, and completed hauls in one place.

The Permian Basin produces more oil than most countries. The companies and drivers here move billions of dollars in equipment every year — and they deserve a marketplace built for how this industry actually works. Rig Rally is that marketplace.
