The quality of the clothing is lower than what I could get on SHEIN & Temu. Plus you can return clothing from those companies. Rihoas doesn’t allow exchanges or returns for anything they have on “sale” which is basically everything. It’s a scam. ### 1/5 — Not working *2026-07-07* This app doesn’t work; it keeps saying “failed to add to cart” no matter how many times I close it and open it again, or restart my phone. It’s a shame.. ### 1/5 — App issues !!!! *2026-05-11* Please fix the app. It’s not working properly! When I tried to log in it keep saying email not active even though I have doing it couple times. Unfortunately this app sucks to work with. You can’t make an account, tried to verify through my email with a code that doesn’t translate to the actual account back in the app. Ugh so upsetting.
