### 5/5 — It’s a miracle!

*2025-07-25*

Nothing else was working. Other courses and stuff, but the my rabbi suggested this. In less than a week of doing this, I am now able to read Hebrew fairly well! It’s amazing! Please try it! The price tag is well worth it. It runs great on mobile devices. It has crashed only once.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2024-01-14*

I am not using this in conjunction with a RIIH course, although I may eventually. I am just using it independently. It is simple and concise. I am not letting myself move on until I have practiced each word to mastery. It would be really helpful if there was some way to create my own set of flashcards so I can focus only on the words I still hesitate on without having to go through them all. Thanks for a great app.

### 4/5 — Defective with use

*2023-11-05*

Sound stops no matter how much you tap after using it for a while. Have to reboot the app and it works for a while and then stops again. Great app concept and really helps with progress, but needs work.

### 2/5 — Sound not working

*2021-08-28*

For some reason my sound is now not working. My ringer is on and the volume is all the way up. I installed and reinstalled the app and shut my phone off and turned it back on. This is very disappointing-I am on a long car ride and wanted to practice.I see the same comments from two years ago. I would have rated it higher if it had worked.

### 1/5 — App does not even open...

*2020-04-13*

I bought the app ignoring the bad reviews... The app does not even open and makes my phone freeze and glitch. Very sad since I was excited to find an app to learn how to read hebrew.

I would like my money refunded please.

### 1/5 — Keeps Crashing

*2020-02-28*

App opens and immediately crashes. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded twice. I wanted to practice the letters while on the go, because my Rabbi is teaching me with the physical cards that match this app.

I have sent emails and submitted support tickets through their website and still no response....

I don’t care about the 2 bucks- I just want the app to work!

Anyone?

### 5/5 — Fantastic!

*2019-09-13*

The app is great! A must if you’re taking the RIIH course.

### 4/5 — No sound.

*2019-07-22*

Looks good but the Tap to hear sound does not work which defeats the purpose of the app. Plus no way to contact the developer.
Update. The developer did contact me. You need to have volume on high and off silent mod.
The app is good for learning letters and sounds.
Would even be better if it included the vowels

**Developer response:** Please make sure your volume and ringer are both on. If you still have questions please visit http://www.myjli.com/riihapp/ and use the chat bubble at the bottom right of the page.

### 1/5 — App not working

*2019-07-18*

The whole app is cut in half you can only see top of letters only.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback.
We have corrected the issue in the latest release, please be sure to update your app.

Thanks!
