## What is RIL Connect?

RIL Connect is a virtual access portal for our clients to keep in touch and receive updates from their care team. The app features forms and information and allows clients to perform a variety of tasks, including filling out medical paperwork, signing documents, and paying bills.

The RIL Connect app also lets users participate in ongoing education classes, update, and manage personal information, participate in telemedicine visits, and communicate with their caregiver.

Client privacy is a critical component of RIL Connect. Users’ health information is secure, encrypted, and HIPAA compliant.

This app is not intended to treat emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 immediately.

- The "Join appointment" link for video appointments using a custom telehealth link is available 24 hours in advance
- Providers will not see an error message when joining an appointment

- Screen margins adjusted when signing a digital form
- When resetting a password, an error is displayed when our password criteria is not met
- Users who open an email and tap a link will now be taken directly to the correct section of the app after signing in. New users will be guided through onboarding first. If the app is already installed, they won’t be prompted to download it again.

- Users can now save their email/username when logging in
- Lab results are now available under the My Health tab
- Completed forms will no longer display skip form as an option
- Portal forms will now display the correct number of forms that have outstanding actions required
- Error state screen has improved color/layout
