Used this twice. It’s easy to use. Nice that it takes care of payment. It also has the tip function after you pay. You can see how far away the driver is before you book. And then see them when they are driving. The only small issue is location services. Like I was at Queen E Pitch and Putt and it sent the driver to Queen E (which is a huge park). So then the driver was driving around looking for me. But overall still better than Uber.

I used to pay $500 on rides. Now I’m down to $200 using Rilo. Theres always a WAV that I can use. I feel safe and secure

Finally Vancouver has the unbeatable local solution for ride-hail service. Best of both worlds, pay fixed lower price for the service provided by a trained & professional driver in a clearly visible/marked vehicle equipped with safety camera.
