WHAT YOU GET

• Recipe library — a curated collection of traditional cheese recipes, from soft-ripened Brie to aged Alpine. Each recipe includes ingredients, target temperatures, pH ranges, step-by-step timing, and the manufacturer-recommended cultures, rennets, and additives.

• Batch journal — start a batch from any recipe, log actuals against targets at every step, attach photos of milk, curd, and wheels at any stage. Track temperature, pH, weight, and timing on a single timeline.

• AI cheesemaking assistant — PRO unlocks an AI assistant grounded in cheesemaking process science. Ask "why isn't my milk acidifying?" mid-batch and get specific, contextual answers based on your readings.

• Public dairy directory — opt in to showcase your dairy in the Rindr catalogue. Other cheesemakers can discover your craft, contact you, and learn from your work.

Analytics for your cheesemaking (PRO)

A new advanced reports section that measures your batches against the recipe you meant to follow, not against each other:

• Yield trend — every batch over time, with a median band and defect markers
• Plan vs. fact — where a batch drifted from its recipe targets, flagged
• Batch comparison — up to six batches side by side, differences highlighted
• Journal completeness — which measurements you are actually recording

Also in this release:

• Quick filters on the batch list for cheese that is aging or ready to sell
• Ingredient pickers in the recipe editor are now searchable
• A step can record a measurement even when the recipe sets no target for it
• Export to PDF and JSON now works — the file opens in the share sheet, so you can save it to Files, mail it, or send it on
