It’s been happening to me for a couple of months now. I have over 30 devices, most of which are pro floodlight cameras. I highly recommend these devices. They’ve become incredible since Amazon acquired Ring years ago. I have a suggestion for Amazon: offer people 6 hours of playback without requiring a subscription. I believe this model would encourage more people to subscribe, especially when they realize 6 hours is a great feature. Over time, I think it will make them want more time to review their recordings. Ring is not a good reliable product. when you go into the last bit of power saving mode and suddenly you have a knock at your door at 5am and you are in power save mode you cannot just force it into a last ditch effort to see or record an event. recorded events require a subscription. I also found the Apple version of this program to not follow my specific audio and notification settings.
