Coleen is the best. Always upbeat, personable and ready and eager with a smile to make her clients day better and help them feel better about how they look. She trims my beard bi-weekly and cuts my tangle of curly hair every 5-6 weeks. That’s surprising because I just got my haircut here 30 minutes ago. Things happen fast in OKC. For those who can figure it out it is a godsend but for everyone else they have trouble finding the client profile and using the app to schedule appointments. The app automatically makes a barber profile for new users and I have to notify every client to switch it to a client profile. I’ve spoken with many of my clients and they state it’s complicated to navigate and I feel if it automatically took everyone to a client profile it would be far more practical. It’s a minor issue to anyone who has the app as a barber but to those who use this app for convenience, it is an inconvenient step. Please change immediately. He was referred to me recently by a guy who highly recommended him and he did not disappoint. My son has been through 20+ barbers in Calgary with issues with bumps, cuts and sores from his hair cuts; which made him dislike having his hair cut.
