## What is Ring Ring Club?

Ring Ring is the parent control panel for your child's Ring Ring phone — the simple, safe phone built for kids, not the open internet.

Open the app and you see what matters in one glance: is the phone on, who can call, and what happened today.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Pause calls instantly. School time, dinner, bedtime — one tap stops incoming calls, another resumes them.

• Build your child's Trusted Circle. Decide exactly who can reach your kid. Add Grandma by typing her number, or import straight from your contacts. People already on Ring Ring connect in-network automatically.

• Set quiet hours. Create school-night and weekend windows so the phone goes quiet on your schedule, automatically.

• Set a daily call cap. Give your child a healthy limit without hovering.

• See every call. A clean activity log shows incoming, outgoing, missed — with names, not just numbers — plus any voicemails left for your kid.

• Manage from anywhere. Quick-dial shortcuts, device renaming, and per-phone settings, all from your pocket.

BUILT FOR FAMILIES

• Sign in with Apple or your Ring Ring email — your call.
• Manage more than one child's phone from a single account.
• Hand a co-parent or grandparent limited access without giving up your own account.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Ring Ring is a phone, not a feed. There's no algorithm, no social app, no open web for your kid to wander into. The app reads your iPhone contacts only when you choose to import someone — nothing is uploaded until you pick who.

REQUIRES A RING RING PHONE

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.2.3 — 2026-08-31

A clearer setup experience guides your phone from first connection through activation, updates, and a test call. This release also improves status guidance and support when setup needs attention.

### 1.2.2 — 2026-08-09

Call history now reads the way a phone should. Calls your kid dialled show as outgoing, with a note when the other end was busy or didn't answer, and only calls that actually rang your Ring Ring count as missed. Test calls we place to check your line say so plainly.

Voicemail now works between Ring Ring families on the free Starter plan.

Adding someone to the Trusted Circle is honest about what the free plan does and doesn't cover, so nothing looks broken when it isn't.

Setup help follows one ordered checklist, skips the Wi-Fi step on phones that don't use Wi-Fi, and opens a support ticket rather than suggesting a replacement you probably don't need.

### 1.2.1 — 2026-07-24

• Get help right in the app — browse troubleshooting guides for a red light, a busy signal, an offline phone, or setting up a new phone.
• Chat with support from the app. Ask a question and get an answer right away — and with your permission, the assistant can check your devices to help.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-07-16

Know when it's a good time to call.

Before you call a friend's phone, you can now see whether it's a good moment. If it isn't, ask their parent first with one tap, and they'll get "Phoebe wants to call Jack" with a Good time / Not now answer.

When someone asks you, a card appears on your home screen. One tap answers it.

And if your kid tries a friend during quiet hours, that family finds out they tried, so nobody misses each other.

You can turn availability off for any phone in that phone's settings.

### 1.1.1 — 2026-07-12

Ring Ring Club just got easier to connect with other families. Invite a friend or grandparent with one tap, right from your contacts, and see at a glance who's already accepted. You can also rename anyone in your circle without deleting and re-adding them.
